Prospects for Africa

On the occassion of Germany’s EU Coucil Presidency VENRO (an Association of German development NGOs) has released a Manifesto entitled “Prospects for Africa – Europe’s Policies”. The topics and demands of this Manifesto have been worked out jointly by VENRO and African partner organisations.
