PEOPLE to PEOPLE: Volunteering as a catalyst for post-2015 development policy and practice

IVCO 2013 was jointly hosted by Forum and France Voluntaires  in France from October 27 to 30, 2013. Themed, PEOPLE to PEOPLE:  Volunteering as a catalyst for post-2015 development policy and practice, the conference gathered heads of organizations and delegates from agencies across the world gather to discuss key contemporary issues in international volunteering and development, and share best practices.
