Valuing Volunteering

IVCO 2011 was held in Mombasa, Kenya, organised by Forum and VSO Jitolee, with the theme Valuing Volunteering.

Delegates explorde ‘innovative approaches towards emerging issues’, which included new ideas and practices in volunteerism and its value to national development, specifically looking at the African context while also drawing lessons from other parts of the world.
