IVCO 2008 delegatesThe IVCO 2008 conference in Cambodia was a great success. The theme Local Perspectives Informing Good Practice enabled international volunteer cooperative organisations space to reflect on the relationship between international volunteer programs and the link with national/local strategies and programs.
